A Historic Icon, Reborn with Attitude
La Confitería La París (1912) is one of the most renowned historic buildings within the Palermo Racetrack grounds. Surrounded by tipu trees that create an incredible green oasis, it’s one of the city’s most enjoyable spots.
Today, this iconic building —completely renovated by Jorge Conticello— keeps its classic shell while being reimagined inside as a space where meeting is pure pleasure. The interior’s changing heights, floor patterns that mimic carpet panels, and subtle nods to equestrian details in every finish make it truly unique.
This is our temple, our home. We can host up to 3,500 people and treat them to 46 taps pouring Rabieta styles alongside guest craft breweries.
We want you to notice the quality in every step of the process that brings the beer you choose to your glass. That’s why we’ve equipped the Palermo brewhouse with 10 cylindroconical tanks, brew blocks, and a Tiantai filler, giving us the capacity to produce between 20,000 and 25,000 liters each month.
The beer poured at La París —including tastings, special releases, and seasonal styles— is brewed right here. So far, we’ve created 50 different styles.
