Disoluta is the very embodiment of Rabieta’s spoiled craft spirit. Co-created by poet Alejandro Crotto and brewmaster Lucía Maschio, this limited release reflects the artisanal and innovative essence of the brand, offering a medium-bodied beer with a captivating aroma and taste of coffee.
Inspired by Alejandro’s poetic vision, Lucía crafted a Coffee Stout brewed with Pilsen, Chocolate, Special B, Biscuit, Caramel 60, Oats, Roasted Barley, Coffee, and Apollo hops. The result is a medium-intensity beer with a complex aroma and flavor that reveals delicate coffee notes, featuring 35 IBU, 7% ABV, and 65 SRM.
After 12 months of aging in bourbon barrels, Disoluta acquires an elegant, woody profile with a smooth, rounded finish — perfect for pairing with rich chocolate desserts.“Writing poetry, raising a horse, and brewing a quality beer all share the same spirit — they demand craftsmanship, inspiration, and experimentation,” said Alejandro Crotto, who penned the poem that inspired this new limited edition of Disoluta:
At first, it was a dream, just a dream,
a heartbeat swelling with glory.
So it was for many months.
Then dawn came, and it was alive.
It knew its name,
and longed to bloom in the shapes of foam.
From eye to body, and body to eye,
like a golden pulse, trembling.
Have you ever entered
the open eyes of this mare?
Do it now.
“At Rabieta, we’re passionate about what we do and love dedicating time to every recipe. That’s how we spoil our beers — and our customers. Creating Disoluta was a challenge, and working together with passion is the legacy we want to leave,” said Lucía.
Bred to Captivate Refined Palates
Like the mare in the poem, Disoluta is persistent and triumphant. To charm the most discerning palates, Rabieta has created a special pairing featuring the dessert ‘Némesis’ — a chocolate brownie with banana split ice cream, chocolate crumble, caramelized nuts, Kakawa chocolates, and two pints of Disoluta. This indulgent pairing can be enjoyed at the “Rabieta en La París” Brewhouse and at all Rabieta bars in San Isidro, Lomitas, Ramos Mejía, La Plata, and Nordelta.
“We chose this combination of flavors because dark chocolate — or chocolate with a high cocoa percentage — enhances and amplifies the roasted, bitter notes of the beer,” explained Lucía, the brewmaster.
This limited edition of only 150 bottles will be available at www.craftmoments.com.ar.
