BELGIAN TRILOGY
Rabieta has once again introduced its Belgian Trilogy — three unique styles that showcase the experimentation and artistry of its brewmasters. This time, the goal is clear: to bring these creations into the homes of beer lovers across Argentina.

Rabieta’s Belgian Trilogy is a one-of-a-kind collection that pushes boundaries while honoring Belgium’s rich brewing tradition. Created by master brewers Rubén “Cacho” Diciero and Lucía Maschio, each style — Dubbel, Tripel, and Quadrupel — is meticulously crafted to capture the essence and complexity of classic Belgian beers. More than just innovation, these brews pay tribute to the diversity of flavors that define Belgium’s beer heritage, offering Argentine drinkers a truly distinctive experience.

“During a trip to a Trappist brewery in Belgium, I had the incredible chance to try many of the region’s characteristic styles — and that’s where this idea was born. When I came back, the first thing I did was call Lucía and tell her we had to make these beers,” said Cacho.

Lucía, proudly celebrating Rabieta Tripel’s gold medal at the latest Copa Argentina de Cerveza in the Tripel/Quadrupel/Belgian Strong Specialty Ale category, added:

“This award reflects the hard work, passion, and creativity of our entire team.”

Three Styles, Three Flavors, Three Colors

Rabieta Dubbel is a deep red-copper beer with 23 IBU, 12 SRM, and 6% ABV. Moderately strong, it reveals an astonishing complexity where malt and dark fruit esters start sweet on the palate and finish in perfect harmony. Its medium-low bitterness gives way to flavors ranging from raisin notes to hints of clove or peppery spice. With an intriguing profile and a subtle alcohol warmth, this beer always stands out.

The award-winning Tripel, boasting 30 IBU, 7 SRM, and 8% ABV, is a golden blonde beer that radiates joy. Its moderate hop character blends with spicy and fruity notes and a delicate touch of honey. Firm bitterness and gentle alcohol warmth create a smooth, malty sweetness. Bright citrus aromas make it vibrant and refreshing.

Finally, the Quadrupel, with 35 IBU, 14 SRM, and 9.5% ABV, is a strong, full-bodied beer with a balanced bitterness that feels like a warm hug from a friend. Its deep reddish hue and rich malt aroma, accented with spices, come together in perfect harmony on the palate. The finish — moderately dry yet pleasantly sweet — leaves you smiling, like the punchline of a good joke.
