October 19 marks the International Day for Breast Cancer Awareness, a date dedicated to promoting early detection and supporting those facing this illness, which has a recovery rate of over 90% when diagnosed in time. Joining this cause, Rabieta launched its Brut IPA Rosé for the fourth consecutive year, proudly adopting the pink ribbon, the global symbol of the fight against breast cancer.
This year, Rabieta and the Movimiento Ayuda Cáncer de Mama (MACMA) invited a group of women to share their stories and reflections on the disease, self-care, and prevention in a heartfelt conversation with brewmaster Lucía Maschio.
Among the guests were journalists Silvina Cataruozzolo and Pía Shaw; content creators Daiana Kliengisint (@thebrandingmama) and Leila Aisen (@amarviajarblog); illustrator Josefina Jolly (@jolly_josefina); breast specialist and MACMA advisor Dr. María Cecilia San Martín; and survivor Florencia Calvo — all joining forces to spread this important message.
“Our Brut IPA Rosé is more than just a craft beer — it’s a symbol of support and solidarity. It’s the spark that gets an important conversation started,” said Lucía Maschio, who added:
“The nature of craft brewing allows us to innovate and create — and this pink beer was born especially to inspire awareness.”
The Brut IPA Rosé will be available at Rabieta en La París and at Rabieta bars in San Isidro, Ramos Mejía, La Plata, Lomitas, and Nordelta, where guests can enjoy it with a special pairing.
In addition, over the next two weeks, Rabieta will host other awareness events, including:
- After Rosé, on Wednesday, October 23 at 6:00 PM at Rabieta La París, and
- “Mujeres Patriotas”, a theatrical walking tour through the parks of Palermo, on Sunday, October 27 at 5:30 PM, in collaboration with Turistearte.
